The Scottish Football Association announced the squad for Scotland’s November UEFA Nations League matches, with midfielder Scott McTominay returning after missing the previous international break following heart surgery. Defender Kieran Tierney and forward Che Adams also return to the squad after injury.
McTominay underwent minor surgery in September and announced that he had fully recovered and was back in contention. The squad also includes defender James Penrice, on loan at Rangers from AEK Athens, who could make his first senior international appearance.
Scott McKenna is out with a back injury, while Lennon Miller, Josh Doig, Coleby Donovan and James Wilson have been left out. Scotland are third in Group B with four points from four matches, three points behind Slovenia and eight behind leaders Switzerland.
Scotland host North Macedonia on November 13, then play away to Switzerland three days later.
