To request deletion, use one of the following methods:
1. If you have a Kora W Goal account
Sign in to your account, then use the account or data deletion option in account settings, if available.
2. If you cannot access your account or find the deletion option
Send a data deletion request to: info@korawgoal.com.
Send the request from the email address associated with your account, using “User data deletion request” as the subject.
We may request additional information only to verify account ownership before processing deletion.
After verification, personal data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymised, except information we must retain for legal, security or accounting reasons.
Your data will not be used for marketing or profiling after the deletion request.
