Kuwait Under-17s Begin Asian Cup Qualifying Against Bahrain

Kuwait’s Under-17s begin their Asian Cup qualifying campaign against Bahrain at four o’clock this afternoon at the Saada Sports Complex Stadium in Salalah, in the opening round of Group Seven.
The same round also features Lebanon against Brunei Darussalam at seven in the evening, while Oman have a bye. Kuwait are aiming for a strong start on their path to qualifying for the finals, which are scheduled to be held in Uzbekistan in May 2027. The winner of each of the seven groups will qualify, joining nine teams that qualified automatically after taking part in the 2026 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar.
