Dembélé close to extending Paris Saint-Germain contract until 2030

Paris Saint-Germain's talks with winger Ousmane Dembélé over a contract extension until 2030 are progressing, according to a source familiar with the discussions quoted by International Truth on Friday. The parties have yet to reach a final agreement.
The source described the talks as constructive and positive, noting a shared desire to finalise an agreement quickly, while some points still need to be settled.
Dembélé joined the club in 2023 and is under contract until June 2028. The player is 29 and is currently suffering from a thigh injury, while he is particularly seeking to improve his salary.
Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique previously described Dembélé, the former Barcelona player, as “the heart of the team” in an interview with the club's media.
