Mourinho mocks Aguirre after Real Madrid beat Valencia

Real Madrid coach José Mourinho mocked Valencia coach Javier Aguirre after his side beat the hosts three-nil on Saturday evening in the twelfth round of the 2026/27 Spanish league season.

Mourinho said, in comments reported by Marca, that he spoke to Aguirre after the match and asked him not to be upset, saying that Real Madrid’s players are much better than Valencia’s. He added that having players of this quality increases the chances of winning, and that the problem is not Aguirre.
