Lamine Yamal combines goals, assists and dribbling for Barcelona

Lamine Yamal is making a varied attacking contribution for Barcelona this season, combining goals, assists and dribbling, according to an analysis of his performances in club competitions.

The figures cited in the source show that he has scored 12 goals and provided 11 assists, according to Opta’s club-level statistics, as well as completing 55 successful dribbles. These figures show the different ways he has an impact, despite not playing as a centre-forward.

The analysis suggests that having these abilities in one player gives Barcelona different attacking options down the right flank. Yamal can create chances or shoot when space opens up, dribble past defenders when passing lanes are closed, or pass to his teammates if opponents focus on stopping him from breaking through.
