The coaching staff, led by Moataz Gamal, put the group through recovery exercises to avoid fatigue after the team resumed training following a day off for the players on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Hossam Ashraf and Ahmed Abdel Rahim “Eisho” underwent treatment under the supervision of the medical staff. Ashraf is suffering from pain in his lower abdominal muscles, while Eisho sustained a strain in his adductor muscle. The medical staff is working to prepare both players to return to group training.
The substitutes and players left out of the Wadi Degla match completed a fitness session, followed by tactical drills and a technical practice match to work on tactical moves.
