Her relationship with Fàbregas began in 2010, after they met at a Japanese restaurant in London. She asked him for an autograph for her son, and their acquaintance later developed into a romantic relationship. They married on 15 May 2018 in the presence of family, friends and a number of football stars.
Semaan and Fàbregas have three children, Lia, Capri and Leonardo. She also has two children, Maria and Joseph, from her previous marriage to Lebanese businessman Elie Taktouk.
