Riyad Mahrez praises Ibrahim Maza’s talent and hard work

Riyad Mahrez praised Ibrahim Maza, the Bayer Leverkusen and Algeria player, describing him as talented and hardworking and saying he has what it takes to build a great football career. Mahrez spoke after his club Al Shamal beat Al Sailiya by five goals in the Qatar league.

Mahrez said that, alongside Maza’s talent, what he likes about him is his hard work, humility and professionalism despite his young age. He also said he was happy to have him at Al Shamal and that he is gradually adapting to football in Qatar.

Mahrez added that the team should not set too many goals at this stage, noting that the priority is to beat Al Ahli in the next match and then see what happens after that.
